Sublimation Transfer and Printing

We print your original artwork as a dye sublimation transfer and ship to you for application.  Dye sublimation transfers work beautifully on hundreds of items. Dye sublimation printed t-shirts are the highest quality you can sell. Instead of melting plastic on top of the fabric, you will actually dye the fabric. Unlike a silk screened item, the image will never crack, peel or fade. We provide the highest quality dye sublimation transfers for your substrates. Dye sublimation works on white and light-colored 100% polyester fabric. Any other synthetic fabrics need to be tested first. 1 extra print is included for testing purposes.

Dye-sublimation printing (or dye-sub printing) is an imaging process which uses heat to transfer dye onto synthetic fabrics (such as polyester), metals, glass and plastics.
