Direct to film--"DTF" is a method of digitally transferring designs or printed pictures to “film,” directly utilizing cutting-edge technology.  DTF printing allows you to print a highly detailed design onto a piece of film, then transfer it directly to the fabric. The reason this technique is gaining popularity is the variety that it allows for endless full-color printing. DTF can be easily printed on cotton, polyester, synthetics or even silk with no issues. DTF printing is useful for a wide range of applications, for chest logos, shirt labels, patches and other promotional items, what ever you can think of.  DTF offers you a lot of benefits, including cost savings, time and space efficiency. 

The DTF process, as a whole, effectively takes away the limitations that are frequently encountered in other textile printing processes, especially when multi-color silk screen printing is desired.  DTF eliminates the need for multiple screen setups and allows for endless number of colors and gradations to be used. DTF transfers are baked with a special powder which provides an exceptional bond to any colored garment made from a wide range of material. When heat pressed the design is soft, stretchy, vibrant, durable and long lasting even after washing 100's of times. Using DTF will lower your production costs and is cheaper, resulting in an improved profit margin, especially when you have a short or small run to do.
